Welcome to BizAssets (bizassets.app). By accessing or using our free online invoice generator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
1. Eligibility and Use
The service is intended for freelancers, contractors, agencies, and small business owners worldwide. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service.
2. Acceptable Use
Invoices created with BizAssets must represent legitimate business transactions. Fraudulent use, including but not limited to creating fake invoices for illegal tax evasion, money laundering, or phishing schemes, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.
3. Account Tiers and Limitations
BizAssets offers a free tier requiring no account signup, allowing users to create and download unlimited PDF invoices. To save invoices on our platform, an account is required. Free accounts can save up to 10 invoices in our database. We reserve the right to modify these limits or introduce premium tiers with notice to our users.
4. No Liability for Accuracy and Tax Compliance
BizAssets is a technical formatting tool, not an accounting service. We accept no liability for invoice accuracy, formatting errors, or local tax compliance (such as GST, SST, or VAT calculations). You are solely responsible for verifying that the rates, currencies, and statutory details applied to your invoices comply with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the data and content you input into your invoices. Wisertrack Pte. Ltd. owns the underlying software architecture, design elements, logos, and website code.
6. Advertisements and Third-Party Links
To keep this tool free, BizAssets displays advertisements served via Google AdSense. These advertisements are clearly labeled and visually separated from the application interface. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services featured in these third-party advertisements.
7. Service Availability and "As-Is" Warranty
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis with no uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) without liability at any time.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to saved invoices or block access to the site for users who violate these terms, engage in system abuse, or perform fraudulent activity.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from your use of this software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Wisertrack Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at BLK 448, Hougang Avenue 10, Singapore 530448.
10. Trademark Notice
Google, Google AdSense, and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. BizAssets is an independent web application utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
